Role Summary:

Manages daily client relationships with increasing independence and ownership. Oversees project execution across creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure work aligns with client objectives. Begins contributing to discussions and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the brief.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: to maintain and grow client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and understanding

  • Manage daily communication with clients independently on assigned projects.
  • Proactively identify client needs and potential issues before they escalate.
  • Prepare and present status reports, timelines, and meeting notes confidently.
  • Begin advising clients with data, rationale, or creative recommendations (with guidance from seniors).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: to oversee the smooth execution of projects from briefing to delivery

  • Lead internal briefings, ensuring clarity and proper handovers with other departments.
  • Prepare project timelines, estimates, and budgets accurately.
  • Track progress across multiple deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Anticipate resource bottlenecks and flag them early to seniors or Operations.

STRATEGIC & CREATIVE INVOLVEMENT: to contribute to idea development and understand strategic thinking

  • Support in shaping creative briefs and campaign recommendations.
  • Conduct background research, audience insights, or competitor analysis.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming and proposal development.
  • Learn to link creative ideas back to business objectives.

ADMINISTRATION & AGENCY SUPPORT: to ensure all account and project documentation are updated, accurate, and compliant with Chariot processes

  • Oversee administrative accuracy with job numbers, billing, vendor documentation.
  • Ensure drive folders and WIP reports are well-maintained and accessible.
  • Support onboarding of new team members or interns when necessary.
