Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.
  • Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement activities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain systematic documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous, as this role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders locally and internationally.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
