We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Group Finance Manager to oversee our regional finance and accounting operations.  The successful candidate will play a key role in financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance across multiple business entities, while supporting strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage group financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end closing activities.

·       Prepare and review management reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and tax regulations.

·       Oversee internal controls and continuously improve financial systems and processes.

·       Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.

·       Support management in financial analysis, business performance tracking, and decision-making.

·       Supervise and guide finance teams across regional entities to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

·       Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, professional qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.

·       Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant experience, including regional or group-level exposure in manufacturing industry.

·       Solid understanding of group consolidation, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

·       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across levels.
