The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, business development, customer relationship management, and market research to ensure the company's competitive position and sustainable growth.

Tasks and duties

  • Creating sales plans and marketing strategies.
  • Building relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Leading, directing, and overseeing activities of sales and marketing teams.
  • Training sales and marketing staff.
  • Staying up-to-date on trends through performing market research.
  • Identifying sales and marketing opportunities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate with a bachelor degree, postgraduate diploma or professional degree.
  • Become fluent in Bahasa Malaysian and English. (Mandarin- advantages).

  • Attain at least 5 years' worth of experience in a related field, preferably in marketing or business development includes digital marketing.

  • After gaining experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, consider progressing to a role such as Sales Director, Director of Marketing Research, Director of Advertising Sales, or Director of Marketing Analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
