NPI Engineer (2 Pax) | Up to RM 5,500 | Taman Perindustrian Gembira, JB

Position: NPI Engineer

Salary Package: RM4,000 – RM5,500

Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Gembira, JB

Company Background: Plastic injection molding service

Working days : 5.5 days / Week (Need to work OT)

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday) & 08:00 – 13:00 (Saturday)

Job Descriptions:-

  • Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for equipment, process, or design issues.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities related to machinery, tooling, and production support.

Monitor and ensure all engineering tasks comply with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI), process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and documentation for approval and record keeping.

  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve process efficiency and product quality.

  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

-Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

-Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding and tooling will be an advantage.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software.

-Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Good communication and teamwork skills across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
