Job Description

  • Manage inventory control and storage, including parts ordering, stock planning, and replenishment.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports for management.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming parts.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of all inventory records.
  • Process daily parts orders efficiently to support workshop operations.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing for all parts-related records.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the parts storage area.
  • Provide timely updates to Service Advisors on parts availability and arrivals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience in automotive parts handling or as a Parts Controller preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Computer literate with knowledge of office and inventory management software.
  • High integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; proactive and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome.
  • Willing to work in Semenyih or Beranang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
