Job Description

To undertake a supporting administrative role and JDE System Transaction update in the Warehouse department and ensure that all documentations are properly recorded, kept and organized in line with the department's Standard Operating Procedure. 

Responsibilities: 

  • To assist WHSE Executive on documentation.
  • To update and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports. 
  • To update new CDI charts.
  • To perform other administrative role in Warehouse department.
  • To comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000 and to support and to participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
  • To assume any other responsibility or tasks assigned to by the Management. 
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree undergraduates, preferred course of study: Logistics, Warehouse management or equivalent. 
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
