Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition Director
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop regional recruitment strategies aligned with Southeast Asia business expansion. Translate global talent pipeline objectives into country-specific hiring targets and ensure effective implementation.
  • Recruitment System Development: Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes; establish compliant hiring standards and risk management mechanisms in line with local laws across Southeast Asian countries.
  • Executive & Key Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for director-level and above positions, as well as core technical talent. Build a high-end talent map for the region, expand sourcing channels (headhunting, industry networks, etc.), and oversee background checks and offer negotiations.
  • Team & Channel Management: Lead the regional recruitment team, define KPIs and training plans; manage diverse sourcing channels, evaluate ROI, and innovate local recruitment approaches (e.g., campus partnerships, community operations).
  • Policy Compliance & Coordination: Stay updated on local visa and employment regulations; ensure recruitment compliance throughout all processes; coordinate with business units and HQ to solve cross-region recruitment challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in HR recruitment, with 5+ years managing recruitment for multinational companies in Southeast Asia; deep understanding of talent markets in at least 3 countries (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; overseas education or cross-cultural management experience preferred.
  • Core Skills: Expertise in executive search and talent mapping; strong recruitment data analysis skills; high awareness of policy compliance; fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required); proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
  • Professional Qualities: Resilient under pressure; well-regarded in the industry with a strong talent network; capable of adapting to fast-paced overseas business expansion.
