Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Planning & Execution

    Align with the company's Southeast Asia expansion strategy to formulate mid- and long-term regional recruitment plans. Translate talent pipeline goals set by the Deputy HR GM into country-level hiring targets and ensure effective execution.
  2. Recruitment System Development

    Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes and establish standardized, compliant hiring frameworks in line with local labor laws and regulations across Southeast Asian markets.
  3. Senior Talent Acquisition

    Lead the recruitment of director-level and above executives and critical technical talent. Build and maintain a Southeast Asia senior talent map, expand sourcing channels (e.g., headhunters, industry networks), and oversee background checks and offer negotiations.
  4. Team & Channel Management

    Lead and develop the regional recruitment team by setting KPIs and training plans. Manage diversified sourcing channels, analyze cost-effectiveness, and innovate localized recruitment models (e.g., campus partnerships, community-based hiring).
  5. Policy & Cross-Regional Collaboration

    Monitor and interpret local immigration and employment regulations to ensure full compliance. Act as a bridge between business units and headquarters to resolve cross-border recruitment and coordination challenges.

Qualifications

  1. Experience

    Over 8 years of recruitment experience, including more than 5 years in a leadership role within multinational organizations operating in Southeast Asia. Demonstrated familiarity with at least three regional markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.
  2. Education

    Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Overseas education and cross-cultural management experience are highly preferred.
  3. Core Competencies

    Strong expertise in senior talent sourcing and recruitment analytics. High level of policy awareness and compliance sensitivity. Fluent in English; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
