The General Worker is responsible for performing basic operational, housekeeping, and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role provides assistance to production or facilities teams as required, including cleaning, packing, simple machine support, and general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, parts, or products.
  • Support production processes, including packing, sorting, labeling, and simple assembly tasks.
  • Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
  • Operate simple tools or equipment under supervision (e.g., hand tools, pallet jacks)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, production floors, and common areas.
  • Dispose of waste and scrap materials according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure aisles, walkways, and workstations are free of hazards

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, production, or general labor is an added advantage
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Able to follow instructions and work under minimum supervision.
  • Good attitude, reliable, and responsible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
