  1. Prepare and submit daily attendance reports.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, job offers, and onboarding.
  3. Handle employee exit procedures such as resignations, terminations, and clearance.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and databases.
  5. Process monthly payroll, salary advances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF).

  7. Prepare and issue HR documents such as warning letters, confirmations, and policy updates.
  8. Prepare and review staff performance appraisal lists annually (end of December). Support the full performance management process, including setting performance goals and KPIs, conducting evaluations, and managing promotions and disciplinary actions.
  9. Plan and coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. Identify training needs, arrange relevant courses or workshops, and maintain training records for continuous improvement.
  10. Monitor and maintain office resources, stationery, lab supplies, furniture, and equipment.
  11. Manage company trade license renewals and follow up on trademark applications.
  12. Prepare monthly sales minutes meetings.
