The Role:

We are seeking a mission-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Representative to build the commercial foundation for our lead regenerative medicine product. You will be the crucial link between our innovative R&D and the clinical and commercial markets, responsible for generating awareness, building demand, and establishing our first customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development & Prospecting: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including leading clinicians, research institutions, and hospital systems, to build a robust pipeline.
  • Scientific Engagement & Sales: Master the complex science behind our therapies to deliver compelling, evidence-based presentations and build trusted relationships with the medical community.
  • Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing and educational campaigns to raise awareness of our technology and its clinical benefits.
  • Voice of the Customer: Capture critical market and clinical feedback to inform our product development, clinical strategy, and long-term commercial roadmap.
  • Build Commercial Infrastructure: Help define our sales process, CRM management, and market entry strategy, creating the playbook for our future commercial team.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role (sales, business development, marketing) within the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences sector is a plus.
  • A keen interest in and ability to quickly grasp complex scientific concepts and communicate them effectively to a specialized audience.
  • A proven "builder" mentality – you are strategic, resilient, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
