Role Description
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute KueMue's sales strategy across direct, agent, reseller, and wholesale channels.
- Develop and implement sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and manage the sales team (internal & external), setting clear targets and expectations.
- Design and optimize sales pitches, email templates, and communication materials.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer service teams for smooth operations and messaging.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs such as conversion rates, active agents, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide structured feedback on customer insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Track lead stages using CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting on sales metrics.
- Regularly review and optimize sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Team Development & Leadership
- Onboard, train, and support internal and external sales partners (agents, resellers).
- Create and manage incentive structures that motivate sales teams and partners.
- Propose and implement team expansion plans based on sales growth projections.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and high performance.
Market Research & Customer Engagement
- Analyze customer personas, previous sales data, and sales channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with leads, partners, and resellers to drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Continuously assess market trends to spot new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or product sales.
- Strong background in managing both direct and partner-based sales channels (agents, resellers, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market growth.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fresh graduates who are driven, passionate, strategic, eager to learn, and excited to drive impactful sales strategies are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
