**Job Summary**:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships within the IT solutions sector. This role requires a proven track record in sales, team leadership, and a solid understanding of the retail or e-commerce industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- **Team Leadership & Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support, to ensure effective sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on sales performance
**Key Qualifications**:
- Over **3 years of related experience in the IT industry**, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Proven and demonstrable experience specifically with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including sales, implementation, or in-depth technical understanding.**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and diverse stakeholders.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
