Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an on-site position. The Sales Manager will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to expand Aventra's footprint across Europe, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging business leads, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions, and presenting proposals to close deals. The role requires reporting on sales performance, forecasting revenue, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Aventra's services to position us competitively in the market.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proficiency in Business Development and Proposal Preparation.
  • Knowledge of Data and Application Engineering services and enterprise technologies such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and OutSystems.
  • Experience with identifying market opportunities in industries such as Maritime, BFSI, Healthcare, and Logistics & Distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver on agreed revenue targets.
  • Understanding of regional market trends and prior experience working in the European market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and travel internationally as required.
