JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate records, and effective follow-up for payments. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong customer relationships for our, B2C, B2B and online operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generate and issue invoices to term customers and online sales clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve any billing issues or customer disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR ledgers and customer records.
  • Prepare regular reports on aging of receivables and escalate problematic accounts.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audits related to receivables.
  • Support credit control processes and assess customer creditworthiness where required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance manager.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT:

Microsoft Office Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other ERP platforms).

OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT :

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
