Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Sales – Automotive)

Location: Pasir Mas, Kelantan

Reports to: Sales Manager / Customer Experience Manager

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive (Sales) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process in an automotive environment. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, following up on leads, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding vehicle models, features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Coordinate test drives and sales appointments between customers and sales representatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Record customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.
  • Support showroom and event activities, including customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure customers are informed and satisfied with their experience.
  • Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Automotive, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
