3. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office termasuk Word, Excel, dan Power Point.

4. Bertanggungjawab, amanah, proaktif, berdedikasi dan komited.

5. Memiliki kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

6. Berkebolehan dalam Telemarketing.

7. Proactive dan mempunyai minat yang mendalam dalam bidang jualan.

1. Menyambut serta melayan pelanggan dengan baik.

2. Melaksanakan dan mempertingkatkan aktiviti jualan dengan membuat usaha jualan secara proaktif.

3. Menyedia dan merancang strategi pelaksanaan pelan rancangan jualan.

4. Membuat susulan jualan dan mengemaskini penambahan jualan.

5. Menambah pelanggan baharu dan mengekalkan hubungan dengan pelanggan sedia ada melalui aktiviti yang sesuai.

6. Memenuhi keperluan urusan jualan dan menjaga rekod para pelanggan yang berpotensi.

7. Memastikan objektif dan sasaran jualan tercapai dan menyediakan laporan jualan.
