Personal Assistant to Agency Manager

Are you proactive, energetic, and people-oriented? I'm are looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely with my Agency in the insurance industry.
What You'll Do:
• Assist the Agency Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Who We're Looking For:
• Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus—but not mandatory.
• Not shy—must be able to engage with clients and team members effectively.
