About the role

We are seeking an experienced tea brewer and waiter to join our dynamic team at Dunwu24 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time tea brewer/waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality tea beverages to our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and brew a variety of aromatic tea blends to the highest standards
  2. Provide attentive and courteous table service to customers, taking orders and delivering drinks and food items
  3. Ensure the dining area is well-stocked, clean and presentable at all times
  4. Handle cash and process payments efficiently
  5. Assist with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a tea brewer and/or waiter in a restaurant or café environment
  2. Excellent knowledge of tea varieties, brewing techniques and beverage presentation will be advantanges
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
  4. Good numeracy and cash handling skills
  5. Flexible and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
