Admin/Accounting Assistant

Responsible for day-to-day accounts and administration tasks.
Daily tasks on accounts payable include take in supplier's invoice and maintain proper filling of documents.
Processing payments (monthly) accurately and within expected periods.
Perform creditor reconciliation.
Send SOA to the customer and closely follow up on the collection.Monitor employee insurance, uniform, and safety shoes.
Maintain and update records of computers and laptops.
Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies.
To handle general administration tasks (MBSP, PBA, TNB, other utilities, Stationary, and others)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
