JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office 365, Outlook, Accounting Softwares e.g. AutoCount
  • Preferably with professional qualification specialized in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information private and confidential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maintain of proper accounting and banking records and filling system
  • Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers' CTOS report
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure that payments are correctly applied and received in a timely fashion.
  • Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, overdue reports
  • Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances.
  • Work closely with the sales team for debtor collection
  • Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Evaluating new credit applications and reviewing customers' CTOS report
