  • Assist in daily purchasing activities for the company.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery, and order status.
  • Maintain and update the purchasing database, price lists, and supplier information.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of PO, invoices, DO, and related purchasing records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, engineering, etc.) to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Follow up on goods received, check discrepancies, and liaise with suppliers for replacements or returns.
  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes.
  • Support the Purchasing Executive/Manager on administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
