What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Own the Content Lifecycle: Architect, write, and refine persuasive, high-converting content across the full marketing funnel, including landing pages, long-form sales letters, digital ad copy, white papers, and email newsletters.
  • Drive Funnel Optimization: Partner with the digital team to design, execute, and iteratively optimize digital marketing funnels to maximize conversions and achieve growth targets.
  • Grow Organic Reach: Execute keyword research, implement rigorous SEO & AEO best practices, and contribute compelling blog and article content to the editorial calendar to consistently drive qualified organic traffic.
  • Measure and Improve: Track marketing campaign data, analyze performance metrics, participate directly in conversion experiments and A/B tests, and generate clear reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Collaborate across internal departments to guarantee a unified and consistent brand voice, style, and message across all customer-facing marketing channels.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)
  • Content Expertise: 1–3 years of professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing excellent command of written English and proven, high-converting copywriting skills.
  • Analytical Marketer: Familiarity with direct response marketing, email automation, SEO fundamentals, and social media strategy. You are comfortable utilizing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) to track and optimize performance.
  • Deadline-Disciplined: You possess strong organizational skills, can efficiently manage multiple content projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: A team player with a passion for learning and a growth mindset. You stay current with industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to proactively improve strategy.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a strong attention to detail, ensuring all content is grammatically flawless, factually accurate, and aligns perfectly with the brand guide.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in short-form videos, PR, or formal outreach. Proficiency in writing in Chinese/Malay is a significant plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
