**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all marketing/branding platforms including company website and social media accounts. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aimed at reaching target markets, increasing brand visibility, and any other business objectives.
- Produce engaging content and copywriting, optimise content scheduling, and maximise audience engagement for social media accounts.
- Design and maintain the company website incorporating brand identity, interactive features, and creative storytelling about us.
- Produce comprehensive property sales kits, conduct market research and analysis, and facilitate in the closing of property sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or any related field
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends at various platform and techniques to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Experience with Adobe software, including Adobe Premiere Pro/Cap Cut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients effectively.
