To drive new product development and new business solutions, business process improvements and stakeholder management in the Market Operations Division. To lead initiatives to ensure the deliverables are achieved and to work closely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

i) New product development and new business solutions


• Lead the planning, research and execution of new product and business solutions, from concept through to launch.


• Conduct research and analysis, including market study and demand assessment.


• Lead project and coordination, tracking timeline and reporting on project progress and updates. Ensure stakeholders are well informed and product requirements are clearly understood and executed.


• Develop standard operating procedures and operational workflow documentations to support new product and services.


• After launch, to provide product lifecycle support to operations team.

ii) Business process improvements


• Review, identify, propose and lead implementation of the improvements to the existing processes and operational workflows.

iii) Stakeholders management


• Facilitate engagements and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including with Participating Organisations, Authorised Depository Agents, Authorised Direct Members and Custodian Banks

What We're Looking For:


• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to project management and product operations


• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT


• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills


• Passion for product design, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration
