Role Summary

The Product Managers plays a strategic role in driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and growing concession revenue through the development and management of food, beverage, and merchandise offerings. This role combines product development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling, high-quality products that align with TGV's brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research and development for new and existing F&B/merchandise products, focusing on quality improvement, innovation, and market differentiation.
  • Curate and launch exciting offerings that attract moviegoers and non-moviegoers alike, increasing footfall and revenue.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the Go-to-Market (GTM) process for timely product launches.
  • Manage inventory and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and customer experience.
  • Enhance visual merchandising and packaging to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs in partnership with the training team to ensure operational consistency.
  • Uphold procurement and tendering best practices in alignment with company policies.
  • [F&B] Conduct sensory evaluations and gather customer feedback to inform data-driven product enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required:

  • Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or related fields.
  • Strong retail knowledge, including sourcing and logistics.
  • Sound financial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
