Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively manage and support BCs in relevant matters to ensure the RP sales target is met

  • Drive recruitment of BC and make required resources available to accomplish team sales targets and minimize attrition.

  • To review and monitor the BCs' sales activities, team performance and pending cases regularly.

  • Identify sales opportunities through performance reviews and leads assigned to BC.

  • Maintaining the persistency for year 1 = 90% and year 2 = 80% to drive persistency and productivity.

  • Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and complaints and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.

  • Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with BC, branch staffs and customers.

  • To build close relationship and rapport with HLA support teams to ensure sufficient and regular support and training are rendered to the teams.

  • Regularly conduct and arrange training sessions for BCs to enable continuous learning improvement in product knowledge and selling skills.

  • Organize and participate in Branch MME and customer events to drive Bancassurance business.

  • Work closely with new BCs by actively participating in joint sales appointments to provide technical sales support.

  • To ensure comply with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities are in place for BCs.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Min Diploma holder in any field

  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Insurance or Banking industry and leading a team

  • Knowledge in both Insurance and Banking products.
