About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time Operations Data Analyst role at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' offers an exciting opportunity to use your data analysis skills to drive operational efficiencies and support the growth of this leading logistics company. Based at our modern KL Eco City offices in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in optimising the company's operations through insightful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goal Management

  • Break down the regional station expansion targets and participate in developing strategies and execution plans.
  • Monitor progress throughout the execution process, track key metrics, and ensure targets are achieved as planned.
  • Conduct performance reviews and analysis to identify gaps and provide actionable improvement plans.
  • Communicate and implement headquarter strategies within the region, ensuring policies and standard procedures are effectively executed.

2. Operations Management

  • Monitor the daily operations and service quality of regional stations.
  • Conduct standardized training sessions on operating procedures, workflow compliance, and product promotion.
  • Participate in planning and executing regional marketing activities to support business growth.
  • Ensure all station qualifications and compliance documents are properly filed and meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Drive service enhancement initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

3. Quality Management

  • Analyze quality metrics and operational data of regional stations.
  • Identify issues in station operations, service delivery, or workflow execution, and provide feasible solutions.
  • Follow up on improvement actions to ensure effective implementation and continuous quality enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any related field.
  • Experience in internet operations, channel management, or related functions is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B merchant operations is an added advantage.
  • Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills; able to identify insights and problem areas through data.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to summarize, refine, and innovate.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to short business travels when required.
