As Assistant Manager – F&B, you'll lead operations, ensure service excellence, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations, room setups, and banquet functions.
  • Manage staff schedules, inventory, cash handling, and operational standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve service excellence.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
  • Collaborate with Sales to meet client requirements and handle guest concerns.
  • Support pre-opening setup, SOP implementation, and event execution.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in hotel F&B operations (pre-opening experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
