Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive located in Pasir Gudang. Responsible for leading and coordinating the successful implementation of the port's digital / automation transformation initiatives, cost saving initiatives, and process improvement. This includes overseeing the planning, tendering process, execution, and monitoring of various technology-driven projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience across the port ecosystem.

  • Operational Management and Strategic Planning skills
  • Resource Management and Coordination skills
  • Client Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasir Gudang
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or port industry is a plus
