The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and auditing practices to safeguard our organization against financial discrepancies. Location:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Work Mode:Work From Office Role:Financial Compliance SpecialistWhat You'll Do Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance. Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding compliance status. Provide training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience in financial compliance or related field. Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
