Job Description

1) Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, installation schedules, and delivery logistics.

2) Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the project, and set installation date

3) Team Communication : Communicate with production supervisor, store keeper and installer to ensure materials, accessories, and all necessary items for every project is correct and in good condition, and ensure installer team arrive on time.

4) Site Measure: Work with clients & sales designer for site measurement.

5) Contractor & Liaison: Communicate with contractor for technical drawing and all necessary plumbing & electrical preparation for cabinet installation.

6) Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project drawing & specifications, purchase orders for accessories or hardware required.

7) Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, inspect work at key stages, and flag issues for corrective action, and minimize rework.

8) Cost Management: Track budgets and help avoid cost overruns by ensuring work

aligns with the original quote.

9) Problem-Solving: Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or customer dissatisfaction.

10) Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project status, bottlenecks, & milestones.
