About the role

Syy Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Content Executive, Digital Content Executive, Social Media Planner to join our growing team in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content strategies across our social media channels and website to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and create compelling visual and written content for our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, XHS and TikTok
  2. Manage and maintain our company website, updating content, imagery, and layout as needed
  3. Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to improve our digital marketing strategy
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and implement innovative digital campaigns and content initiatives
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance our online presence
  6. Assist with other marketing and communications tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in digital content creation or social media marketing — experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry is a plus.
  3. Strong creative and copywriting skills with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  4. Proficiency in social media tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
  7. Passionate about aesthetics, creativity, and continuous improvement.

You'll start with SYY content while our Reset Health flagship clinic is under renovation, then grow into the founding creative team for Reset Health when it launches.
