**Job Brief:**

We are currently seeking a Tax Executive to oversee and manage various aspects of tax compliance and planning within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to tax regulations and optimizing our tax position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and reports  (Form B, BE, C, PT, CP204, and more)
  2. Assist in developing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct research on tax issues and changes in tax laws to ensure our organization remains compliant and takes advantage of available tax incentives.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and documentation for tax reporting purposes.
  5. Prepare and review tax provisions and accruals for financial reporting purposes.
  6. Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  7. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact our organization and recommend appropriate actions.
  8. Provide tax-related guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operational teams.
  9. Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax planning and compliance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least two (2) years experiences in taxation.
  3. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, 
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate complex tax issues effectively 
  6. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
  7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive tax information.
