Jon Summary:
The Customer Service Representative play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations. CSR must ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing assistance, information, and solutions to customers' problems or enquiries.
Key to this role is maintaining a positive brand image and helping to build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Task:
Communicating and hadling Customers Inquiries: Interact with customers via telephone, social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and TikTok.
Live Surveillance & Detection: Monitor live CCTV footage to supervise the carwash process and ensure equipment is operating correctly and safely and report suspicious activities, self-service kiosks to spot mechanical faults, monitor chemical condition
Guidance & Payment Assistance: Handle incoming calls to guide customers on using the autowash system and making payments, explaining each step clearly and patiently.
Requirement
Minimum SPM/Diploma / Degree in any related field (e.g., Business, Communication, Customer Service).
Skills required:
Able to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, data entry, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
