Job Overview

Techzu Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated SEO & Google Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital campaign management. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for our SME clients.

This is a remote full-time role (BYOD required), and an exciting opportunity to work with an international marketing team focused on growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements (metadata, internal linking, site speed, schema markup).
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies such as link-building and authority development.
  • Optimize websites for improved ranking and organic traffic growth.
  • Track and measure performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

Google Ads

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and targeting to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration & Optimization

  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm and Ads platform changes.
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and client objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proven results in improving organic rankings and paid campaign ROI.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Google Ads certification preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for reporting and ad copywriting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • BYOD: Must have own laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
