Job Summary:

As the Country Sales Manager, the incumbent will be the bridge between customers and the company, will ensure customer satisfaction, drive the company's sales performance, enlarge market share, and promote the long-term market development of the company in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Research information such as local market trends and formulate local sales targets, strategies and plans to ensure alignment with the overall strategy of the parent company.
  • Formulate the local sales budget and supervise its implementation to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor sales data, complete sales performance analysis, and make suggestions to achieve better performance.
  • Plan and manage sales portfolio, optimize existing products and shares, and develop new channels or products to ensure the sustainable growth of the business.
  • Maintain good relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
  • Work closely with other departments of the company to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders and after-sales services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years in auto parts sales. Proficient in auto parts marketing models and mainstream OEM procurement/business models. Proficient in working with OEM engineering and purchasing teams
  • Strong market insight and sales skills. Knowledgeable in auto body and NVH an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to thrive under pressure. Self-motivated, result oriented and can work as a team.
