About The Job

The
Growth Associate
team drives go-to-market strategy and execution to capture new opportunities. The focus is on launching projects that activate smaller EU markets and expanding partnerships across our main markets in Australia, the UK, and the US. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Sales to accelerate growth.

You'll take ownership of running growth projects, generating a strong pipeline of leads, managing workflows, and developing automation systems that help us reach more brands. This role blends creative problem-solving with technical execution.

You should be comfortable experimenting, breaking things, fixing them, and learning fast. Bonus if you've played around with tools like n8n or built your own AI automations.

This is a rare opportunity to join the early founding team and help scale one of the first global B2B SaaS startups from Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Experiment with different growth channels (SEO, outbound, inbound, events, paid ads, search) to acquire users across 20 markets.
  • Track results, share insights, and communicate lessons learned from each project.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Partnerships teams to execute go-to-market initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment
  • Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility
  • You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas
