What you'll be doing?
  • Process Orders: Manage and print order details from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Coordinate Fulfillment: Provide accurate order information to picking and packing teams, contributing to efficient order processing.
  • Support Customers: Handle inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Administration: Take charge of various paperwork and documentation, keeping operations organized and compliant.
  • Assist During Peak Periods: Be a key team player during high-volume times, ensuring timely order dispatch and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to Flexible Schedules: Work adaptable hours to support the 7-day operational coverage, contributing to the team's success.

  • Educational Background: Candidates with SPM/STPM or equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with customers and team members. Additional languages are beneficial for serving a diverse customer base.
