About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at IOBED (M) SDN. BHD. in Bukit Raja, Selangor. As a full-time Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in daily production activities, including material preparation, machine setup, and product handling
  2. Monitor Production processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  3. Record and update production data accurately into the system

  4. Support the troubleshooting of minor production or machine issues under supervision

  5. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the production area

  6. Coordinate with the production team to ensure targets and quality standards are met

  7. Recommend safety policies and ensure safety/legal controls are tested and reliable

  8. Safety, sanitation, security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

  9. Daily report regarding production output per worker and per day output, issues that occur in production and the factory, and daily closing shift information.

10.Performs other duties as assigned.

11.To comply with the company's instructions for any additional task required by the management

What we're looking for

  1. At least an SPM or Diploma in any field
  2. Advantageous if familiar with PLC systems or quilting machine operations
  3. Able to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
  4. Willing to learn and adapt to production requirements

  5. Work independently on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision

  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with other professionals as part of a team

  7. Thorough knowledge of materials, product specifications, and product quality

  8. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and lean manufacturing policies and procedures

  9. Assist to Lead production member to achieve the target plan with high efficiency.

10.Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & Data Entry)
