Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.
  • Support and implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, guide, and mentor production staff to enhance team performance and skill development.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure documentation and processes are audit-ready to support audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage production budgets and control costs related to materials, labor, and downtime.
  • Required to work in shift rotations to support 24-hour production operations.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
