Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to introduce the company's range of products and services.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries with strong knowledge of interior design.
  • Create 2D and 3D design concepts, perform space planning, and present proposals using KuJiaLe, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
  • Conduct client meetings to propose designs and secure client approval.
  • Perform site visits for accurate measurements and supervise the job until successful completion.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve project issues.
  • Maintain close collaboration with all relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen/wardrobe/interior design.
  • Proficiency in design software (especially KuJiaLe) and strong basic space planning skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia — Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; enjoys talking to people and solving problems.
  • Self-driven, with strong aesthetic sense and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Must have own transportation and be willing to visit client sites.
  • Passionate about design, sales, and creating meaningful space experiences.
