About the role

THIEN LEE MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Sarawak and will play a crucial part in implementing and optimising our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and email
  2. Analysing campaign performance data and using insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness
  3. Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure digital initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  5. Assisting with the management of our website and online content
  6. Supporting the planning and execution of digital events and webinars

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Marketing & Communications / Digital & Search Marketing industry
  2. Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising successful digital marketing campaigns
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand information
  5. Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and web analytics
  6. Passionate about staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally
