Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales performance and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and identify strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Implement promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities at the outlet level.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered consistently.
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and outlet reputation.
3. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations including store opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize shrinkage or wastage.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
4. Staff Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team to improve productivity and service quality.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
- Prepare and manage outlet budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and banking procedures.
- Ensure accurate reporting on sales, stock, and staff performance to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam (Petaling): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
