Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Office Clerk, based in Kota Damansara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves performing various clerical and administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, managing office equipment, organizing files, and ensuring smooth office operations. The General Office Clerk will work closely with team members to maintain efficient and professional administrative support in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer software and tools such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
