We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our Directors in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations through exceptional administrative support and efficient coordination of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence; respond or escalate as appropriate.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting documents, draft agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide personal support to the Directors, including management of private appointments and personal errands.
  • Maintain confidential and organized filing systems—both digital and physical.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, procure necessary items, and support daily office operations in accordance with company policies.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be female.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Possession of your own personal transportation is preferable.
  • The position requires flexible working hours and the ability to travel or work outstation when necessary to support the Director's responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintains a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
