Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementation, maintenance and ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, HALAL Management system & other industry standards.
  • Assist in collecting samples of raw materials, water, in-process liquids, and finished drinks.
  • Perform routine daily inspections (e.g., hygiene, fill level, cap tightness, labeling).
  • Support daily line checks for packaging quality and production hygiene.
  • Record and report abnormal findings immediately to superior and Management.
  • Monitor cleanliness in production areas, including line sanitation checks.
  • Complete QC checklists, sample logs and forms accurately.
  • Assist in preparing documents and area readiness for internal/external audits (e.g., HACCP, HALAL, GMP).
  • Ensure the manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.
  • Responsible for quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Assist and provide other administrative support and task.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Science, Biotechnology or related.
  • At least 1- 2 years in performing quality control role or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in F&B manufacturing QC is an advantage.
  • Possess knowledge in HACCP Principles and Application is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of quality control, hygiene and safety practices. Able to follow SOPs and instructions closely.
  • Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
  • Physically fit and able to stand/move in production area over long period of time.
  • Good teamwork and communication with production staff.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice is preferable.
