Job Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in developing recruitment plans, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct candidate background checks and support end-to-end hiring processes to ensure timely filling of vacancies.
2. Training & Development
- Assist in planning and organizing team training programs to enhance professional skills and team cohesion.
- Participate in designing training materials, scheduling sessions, and tracking training effectiveness.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in managing monthly payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support salary adjustments and compensation-related matters.
4. Employee Relations
- Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues to maintain positive employee relations.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
5. Office Administration
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure an organized and conducive working environment.
- Manage office supplies procurement, meeting arrangements, and other general administrative duties.
6. Employee Records & HR System Management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Update and manage HR system data, ensuring accuracy and supporting digitalization of HR processes.
7. General HR Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification; candidates with relevant HR experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment processes, payroll & benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of handling stress and multitasking.
- Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
