Job Scopes:

  • Manage the entire tender process from bidding stage to work completion, collections and final payments by clients.
  • Coordinate with consultants on potential project plans and conduct feasibility studies for timely quotation/tender process.
  • Control cost of the project through proper planning, forecasting and budget estimation.
  • Prepare re-measurements for awarded Contracts before project take-off.
  • Monitor and evaluate project/construction works for interim payments and certificates to sub-contractors.
  • To attend important site meetings and assist Project Manager/Person-in-Charge on coordination matters.
  • Ensure documentation processes and procedures at all stages are ISO compliant.
  • To monitor work progress and prepare progressive claims according to project timeline.
  • Prepare cost analysis of maintenance and repair works (upon completion) of the on-going projects/construction sites.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Architectural systems.
  • Basic tendering and contractual management experience in similar industry is required.
  • Knowledge of cost control, forecasting and budget for project is a must.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to details is a must.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
